Do I need to finish your cedar wood products?

Though cedar wood will perform better than most other types of woods if left without a finish, it will look better and last longer if a protective finish is applied and maintained.

All of our cedar wood products are coated with natural linseed oil for protection. If you like the finished look of the linseed oil on our cedar wood products, you should apply a new layer to it once a year, if not the cedar wood will age to a silver gray color when exposed to the outdoor weather elements.
